Re: Inception
I'm going to the midnight premiere, partially because it looks really good and partially because I just go to a lot of midnights during the summer since I can. :) Hopefully, it'll be worth it. I think it will be. I'm interested to Ellen Page in that role. It's a different part for her. Should be int...

Re: Post a picture of your dog or a dog
Sorry folks but if this was a contest Macnut would have won. That puppy is so cute! Do you have a picture of him now? Hahaha...yeah, she was a pretty amazingly cute puppy. These pictures are a little old too but she pretty much looks the same now. She got a lot darker and her eyes changed colors (t...

Re: Letters to God
I got to go to an early screening of this a month or two ago and it's really good. Probably better than most Christian films (sadly) and a really, really sweet story. Not the best acting ever but the kids actually did a pretty good job. Bailee Madison was as cute as ever! :) If you can, go see it!

Re: Air 1 Radio
Okay...so, I know that I never post anything anymore and most of you probably don't even know who I am (sad, I know) but I thought I'd share a link with you. If you like Air 1 or K-LOVE you should check out this station: http://zradio.org/index/listen/. They have three internet streams: Christian co...

Re: To Save a Life
The writer is a Christian. Jimmy (ok, I guess he's just Jim now) grew up in the church. His dad is a pastor too, still in our hometown. As a high schooler, I remember him being part of a group that led Tuesday lunchtime Bible study meetings. His church had an awesome youth ministry that invited oth...

Re: To Save a Life
So Darcie, is the writer a Christian? It seems to not necessarily be a "Christian" film but it has a lot of Christian themes and ideas. And I work in Christian Radio and they have targeted a lot of Christian Radio stations to promote it. I was just wondering if the writer/producers were Ch...

Re: Obama wins Nobel Peace Prize
It seems like most people just kinda scratched their chins and wondered, "For what?", when Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I have the answer to that very good question. Obama won for simply not being George W. Bush. While I don't agree with every single thing B...

Re: which denomination?
I attend a Reformed Baptist church.
I know this is kinda an older-ish topic but I didn't see my denomination listed and so, of course, I felt I must represent. Didn't want all the Reformed Baptists to go on unrepresented...

Re: Your Church and How you Serve in it
And, no offense, but this thread isn't supposed to be a deep discussion. If we want to talk about the spiritual necessity of church, can we start a seperate thread? No offense taken. I did begin my post by acknowledging that it was off topic... And since it is, I won't continue to debate this with ...
