Re: Favorite Memories
It's goood to see ya @JesusIsAlive. If memory serves me correctly, my very first PM was from you when you welcomed me to town during your first term.
That very well could be. You were quite excited to be on the forums, I remember! ^__^
EK , long time, no see! I hope you are getting along well ...

Re: Favorite Memories
Forgive me, my memories are getting jumbled now that I'm getting older. I was thinking of the time @JesusIsAlive and I went to a Halloween party together and we dressed up as characters from A..I..O..... wait, was I?
Oh yeah! You dressed as Henny from that one episode with the creepy chicken ...

Re: What books are you reading?
I'm in the middle of Rhythm of War by Brandon Sanderson, and I'm also listening to Jesus and John Wayne by Kristin Kobes Du Mez. I almost always listen to books as opposed to reading them because I rarely find the time to sit down and just read. I don't necessarily agree with all of the things in ...

Re: Coronavirus
I don't see much of a reason not to get the vaccine, either. I plan to get it once it is available to me. By that time, we will have a lot more data as well. So far, though, the data seems to back up that it's a reasonably safe vaccine to take that is also quite effective.

Re: WandaVision
The first two episodes were fascinating. I love older comedies, so it was fun to see a show that was doing throwbacks to shows like I Love Lucy and The Dick Van Dyke show. I'm interested to see where it leads.

Re: 2021 & Beyond
I honestly think this may change the American church. The past year has definitely changed people's perceptions of the church and what it is supposed to stand for. I am hoping that perhaps this stokes a fire in believers to be bolder in sharing the gospel and more loving. I think it'll also weed out ...

Man, it has been ages since I've been on here. So strange how something can bring back such nostalgia after like 9 years! I don't think I have really posted much at all on here since before college! However, I still remember the emoji codes! \:D/

Re: What books are you reading?
I mostly listen to audiobooks these days with littles underfoot, but I just finished "Ender's Game" by Orson Scott Card. It was pretty fantastic. I'm listening through the Harry Potter books again, too. I actually read the book "The Gospel Comes with a Housekey" by Rosaria Butterfield, which I ...

Oh, how fun! I have done a wives tale test on my little one, too. Most signs point to boy... that's why I think it's a girl. I bet it's just a little me that likes bucking trends! :P We will also be finding out within the next week or two most likely... whenever the little bugger decides to grace us ...

This topic brought up a repressed memory. :(
I remember now growing up my mom would always mix cold potato salad with warm baked beans. :(
One of my co-workers will only eat potato salad if it's warmed up...
I like yogurt, with raisins and Saltines mixed in

I do love orange juice on cheerios! It's pretty darn good.
