Re: The oft rumored, never seen GAAAAY episode script is online.
Yeah he asked me specifically not to link directly to it from here since theoretically kids could be creeping around.
Yeah, that definitely makes sense. I was hesitant to even respond, though I wasn't sure if there were any kids on this message board anymore. I haven't logged on in years ...

Re: Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny
I figure that every other Indy film is great and so we're due for a great one! I'm really looking forward to this one!

Link?
Dave Griffin— the actor who played Jimmy Barclay— shared the script on his blog on November 26. I believe it's still his most recent post. Don't know if we're supposed to post links or not, but it's easy enough to find. Personally, I really like Dave and appreciate him sharing his story. As ...

Last Chance Detectives Question
Is there any way to purchase Last Chance Detectives in their original 12 episode format as opposed to the 3 long mp3 files available for download on Christianbook.com. I am looking for the episodes as they aired on radio. Is this how they were presented on the CD releases? I live on the Navajo ...

Re: Will You Be Joining The OAC?
No, I really don't have a problem as long as I only have to pay for one month to catch up. I am a longtime fan of the show but I really don't take it personally, especially as long as they make it somewhat affordable for everyone to catch up on the exclusive eps. I will probably join in December foe ...

Re: Will You Be Joining The OAC?
Actually, from how it sounds, I think that we don't have too much to worry about... at least as far as "hearing" the exclusive episodes is concerned. Here is the response they gave me on facebook earlier today:

Re: Trying to Complete My AIO Collection...
No problem! I'd game for some higher quality copies of some of those episodes too! LOL... not sure they are out there or not. At least we can say we have them and have heard them... especially the infamous Harley episodes!

Re: Allen Young on Wikipedia
I had the great pleasure of interviewing Alan Young five years ago. He taped 1/2 hour-long phone interview with me about his career. We only briefly touched on Odyssey— this was during that long period where he wasn't on the show, and he seemed to wonder why he hadn't been called in to do any ...

Re: Member of the Family
Focus has their reasons. Who are we to quarrel with the decisions of the great FotF?
I'll quarrel with bad decisions. A Member of the Family is an excellent episode and should air like the others. IMHO it is a lot less questionable topic wise than Pamela Has a Problem.
I agree totally. I don't ...

Re: Member of the Family
That's a good question. A Member of the family is one of my all-time favorite episodes! It's really the first episode that gave an eye-opening look at just who exactly John Whitaker really is. I've often been disappointed that Whit's daughter and grandson haven't been featured in more episodes.

The children of Odyssey grow up but the adults never age.

Re: Enjoying AIO as an unbeleiver.
I think it's great that you're here and you're still a fan of odyssey. I even think the idea of you writing fanfiction is great. The only thing I would suggest is that, in your writing, you should respect the ideals and beliefs that Focus on the Family promotes w/ Odyssey, whether you agree with ...

Re: Camp Candy and Odyssey stars
I was searching YouTube for Christmas in July clips for my facebook page and came across a cartoon from 1989 called Camp Candy starring John Candy. I was working on weekends by 1989 so never knew this existed. I was even more amazed to see that Katie Leigh, Jess Harnell, Will Ryan, and Hal Smith ...

Re: Parker Family
I've finally been catching up on my Odysseys and am just about finished this album. So far, I've gotta say... I kinda like the Parkers. I agree with others that I wish there were more storylines about other characters (especially some of those we are familiar with), but for new characters, I think ...

Re: Where is Odyssey???
You know, something just hit me while I was driving home from work tonight. I was listening to "A Most Surprising Return" and the episode 'The Power of One' came on. Well, it got me thinking. If Whit's radio station has the call letters KYDS, then that means that Odyssey HAS to be located WEST of ...

Re: Clara's Age
I can honestly say I've never heard Clara; all I know is that she was voiced by Aria Curzon and that something to do with her caused a rift between Whit and Jack. So I guess she's nineteen or something like y'all are theorizing.
If only the age of the other character her actress voiced was so ...

Jennifer, I don't know of anything that lets us work "outside the law" when it comes to things that aren't commercially available -- though maybe you could explain exactly what you mean?

now, now... :shame: there's no need to get the pitchforks out yet! Re: Where is Odyssey???
I was wondering that it might be in Ohio or Illinois. But Family Portraits--IMO--shouldn't be counted as part of the Odyssey Canon. And I *think* that somewhere it was mentioned that Odyssey could be Ohio, but not based on the Family Portraits/Odyssey USA.
