The LOTR movie did so badly that they never made part 2, so the guys who made the animated Hobbit had to finish it with ROTK. It's funny: I think the guys honestly believed they were on a technological break-through with the rotoscope (painting over the live actors), but it looked so bad I don't thi...

Actually ObiWan Kenobi Girl, most of the movie was shot on real sets, not computer-generated.
And yes, Monica the Gobstoper sceme was made up for the mvoie (just like they made up the sub-plot about Wonka's dad in this one)

I would also like to see the Artimis Fowl series in movies ". It's been on and off production for several years. I guess they still haven't nailed the script yet. Unfortunatly at one time the director was the same guy who did "Cats and Dogs" and "Son of the Mask". Blech. Ho...

Nope, he's not. He wasn't in the youth group at the time. Actually, if you'd like to see a "movie" that he is in, we've got one online (that I forgot about) that we made last year to show people what Ruxton Island (a place that our family has been visiting for years) is like. Mellow is sor...

Can't DL the Witch one... What's the problem? Were you trying to steam or DL? Did you right-click and "save file as..."? I watched Ferns. That is so wierd! Did the people who got attacked by the fern people become fern people? And if they did, did they ever turn back to humans? Yes, every...

Ok, just let me know if it works. I've found that right-clicking and saving the file to my desktop first works best.
In my opinion Witch is scarier, funnier and better made than FERNS.

Yes, wonderful movie! Hilarious acting (your's was particularly note-worthy, EB) I've only got three questions 1. Where did you get your sound-effects? 2. How did you get the guy to evaporate into smoke? 3. How were you able to keep the attention of everybody long enough to make a half-hour movie (o...

I'll never forget my first ever post (back when TH was still in its linear format) and I was protesting that the Chairman was definately NOT Mary Hopkins and then I got a reply a few seconds later and I was like "woah! sombody on here that I don't know is actually talking to me" so I poste...

I wish they'd make a Lemony Snicket sequal (though it looks unlikely because the first didn't do as well as they thought it would)

Actually I'm still trying to sort out the ending. Everything happened so fast that even after reading it twice I'm still confused considering there's a MAJOR discrepency between the American and UK book. What's the difference between the two (besides the design and a few words "translated"...

I saw it last night (I guess Mellow will have to go some other time). As I said before, I've always loved the orginal book. I've read it probably a dozen times. Quite a few years ago, after reading it , I really wanted to see the movie (which I had only seen once when I was really really young). I f...

If I remember correctly, it said I wasn't. Blah.
Oh well, at least I was able to read 2/3rds of the first chapter of someone else's book (I'm such a geek!)

Yeah, the snoodles tale one wasn't so great. my all time favorite is the ballad of little joe. I missed "A Snoodle's Tale" (although I had seen all the ones before) and picked up "Sumo of Opera" last year. I was very unimpressed by the whole thing. It wasn't very funny, the song...

Re: Scariest episodes

I had forgotten all about Castles and Cauldrons. I never have actually heard the story, but I do remember my parents not letting me listen to it. I was probably around 8 or 9 at the time. Now that I am 20, I would love to go back and listen to it to see if it would scare me! Hehe it was the same fo...
