Re: Life, life
:hilarious: What a day. So far I have accidentally left my backpack with all of my notebooks at home (and only discovered this when I hopped on the bus. FAIL) and got on the wrong bus by accident once I got downtown (fortunately I managed to get off before the bus went straight back uptown, LOL). If...

Re: My Computer
In our house we have an ancient computer we have dubbed 'Dinosoar' which we hardly ever use, a Mac laptop (it belongs to my parents) and two Dell laptops, one for my sister and I. My laptop is currently failing so I have been forced to rely on my parent's Mac laptop, though that will be changing in ...

Definitely that dumb 'shoes' one! *growls* Christmas Shoes... And I'll be hearing it a million times come December because it's such a 'sweet' and 'passionate' song. ^This. A MILLION TIMES THIS. ](*,) The Avalon version is the worst. Anything that has a xylophone in the beginning playi...

I'm not dying til I've lived my 'three score and ten' years, at least. I'd like to make 100, and I probably will. \:D/ But here are the two that I'd have, anyway. ;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oD2t1qLJGLQ That...is a suprisingly good song. My AMV senses are tingling. \:D/ Anyways, my list is as...

Even if they replaced the seven lords with the seven swords there really isn't much to fear. The trailer has shown us these parts-that-stay-true-to-the-book (WARNING: possible spoilers): -Getting into Narnia via picture frame -Eustace being a brat (LOVE HIS ACTOR) -Island of Dreams (showing Edmund's...

Re: What books/movies have changed your life?
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. GO. READ IT. It is the best work of fiction I have ever read, bar none. I cannot tell you guys just how much The Book Thief has changed the way I see the supposed "enemies" during war, how it has changed my view on life and Death (especially Death) and my v...

 It's just been one of those days. Ok, so first off I wake up this morning at a fairly decent hour (6:45 AM instead of 6:20 \:D/ ) and get ready in time. My hair is cooperating, my outfit is rockin' and I'm in a good mood, even though I'm panicking somewhat because I have a college midterm for ...

I have had two so far. I lost the first one (I suspect it was to the vacuum cleaner. RIP), so I recently bought a new one. I wear it on my ring finger just to remind me. That, and somehow it feels a lot more natural.

Re: Home schoolers!
I was homeschooled from Grades 1-11 and was in the public school system for grade 12. It wasn't a shock as some of the internet subculture prepared me for it, but there were some things I found very unusual. I'm actually writing a paper about the social consequences of homeschooling for my Sociology...

Hee, I love this thread.
Well, I'm almost finished my history essay (after I lost it the first time ), so that's good. I'm getting really stoked on the fact that I'm going to get to see Tory and Grant from "Mythbusters" in October, so that will be FANTASTIC.
