Re: 10 Things about You

Haha, I love how you dug up your old posts to compare to the present day! What a great idea, and very informative to read through. Do you still listen to audiobooks, even with so much less drive time? It's so much fun to take a little blast in the past and remember what I used to be like! I actuall...

Re: Life, life

Wow, life is so confusing lately. I can't even think straight. I think I need to go back to the time when all I did was study and have no social life... I think I'm going to have to quit texting people unless they text me first. Honestly I need a break from everything going on right now and texting...

Re: Coffee Drinkers

I just drink black coffee from Tim Hortons. Sometimes with milk. The first time I had coffee was when I was 12 in Argentina when we had cafe con leche. So half milk, half coffee. It was good.

I drank a lot more coffee when I was working because it was free.

Re: 10 Things about You

I haven't posted on here for a LONG time, but a lot of things have changed since I used to frequent this place so this can be like an update sort of thing. 1. I'm a competitive powerlifter. 2. I'm 4/5 done my civil engineering degree. 3. I have a garden with flowers and some vegetables. 4. I used to...

Re: auto accidents: don't have one

About 5 years ago when I first started driving I closed the garage door and scraped the back of my car. I also once reversed into a parked car and touched his time (didn't cause any damage to either of us fortunately) but I'm super cautious in reverse and parking now!

Re: Guardians of the Galaxy

I just enjoy seeing Chris Pratt act stupid, myself. This has a minor tie-in or two to the other films but nothing that seeing it out of sequence would really hinge upon. To be honest Chris Pratt was 90% of the reason I watched this movie and I LOVED it. For a while I was kind of confused with what ...

Re: How Relevant Are Message Boards In The AIO Community?

For me, personally, I very rarely use message boards for anything anymore. I used to spend hours on here (even more time on CBH) and I've found that as the internet has changed if I just want general discussion I post on tumblr. I no longer listen to AIO on the radio (I used to always have AIO playi...

Re: Any runners out there?

The last two summers I participated in a local sprint triathlon (800 yd swim, 5k run, 13-15 mile bike), which has been very fun. Unfortunately, this summer, I didn't feel like I could comfortably keep up with that, work, and my summer class, so I am just running and doing some occasional swimming. ...

Re: Any runners out there?

I'm TRYING to get into running with C25K this summer. But my work schedule is proving prohibitive and it makes me sad. :( I tried C25K two years ago! I got through the first session no problem, so I got cocky and jumped to the 4th week and it killed me and I gave up. Haha. It's a good program, thou...

I saved a kid yesterday. I had to jump in the pool and everything. It was exciting.
And now it's the weekend and I get to relax :)
