Re: Share your Fall photos!

Fall is lovely! I've seen a number of beautiful scenes but haven't really taken a picture, so I should do that. The other day I was tempted to pull over on the highway to take a picture of the leaves, so next time I'll have to actually stop.

Re: Willow

Yes, I feel the same way. I might not watch it right away. We might need to make another timed watching goal for me to get around to it!

Haha, that's pretty cute. Thanks bookworm - I never would have found out about that otherwise!

Re: What books are you reading?

I found "The Murder of Mr. Wickham" by Claudia Gray on a library display and couldn't resist such a title! I've only made it as far as the "books by this author" list (where I realized the author's name was familiar because she wrote some Star Wars books I've heard about but not ...

Re: What books are you reading?

Finding Me - Viola Davis :inlove: This caught my attention for a second until I realized that I thought it said Viola Desmond, which would have been a more obscure choice, particularly for a non-Canadian. My bad. ;) https://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.ca/en/article/viola-desmond that was actually a...

That sounds a really interesting read, if possibly stomach-turning at times.

Re: Willow

I watched too! I'm glad we did this because I might never have gotten around to it otherwise. The hazard of so many choices! I was expecting it to look more "just off VHS" but they clearly did some remastering or whatever when they put it on Disney+ because it looked great. Obviously some ...

The ToO's birthday is April 1, and often members do drop by that day when they might not otherwise. We do some kind of celebration that day, so please do mark it down. :D

Re: Queen Elizabeth II dies at 96

I did not get up early for the funeral today and then I was at work. I PVRed footage but it was from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m. or something like that, so I don't know if I'll actually watch it or just find a summary reel somewhere. I do want to watch at least some of it. The bit I heard on the news on the r...

Re: What books are you reading?

I'm just starting "Straight No Chaser Sound Bites," which is different stories and recipes and stuff from my favourite a cappella group. I've been a fan for years and love their stories and jokes and stuff during shows, so I thought I'd give their new book a read! I've only been to one liv...

*waits for Top to tell us stuff* O:) (But not too much - no spoilers please!) There was an invasion but nobody knew about it because it was kept secret. We could never make sense of these things without your insider knowledge Top! Yes, but I said quite clearly - NO SPOILERS! Thanks a lot, Top. :x
