Re: Reformed Baptist Q&A
A good number of Reformed Baptists are amillennial--that is, they understand the term millenium to mean the present "church age" where Christ reigns over a spiritual kingdom, instead of a literal 1,000 year physical reign on earth. However, that is by means across the board. One of the ori...

Do you think there are any spiritual aspects to alleged UFO's? Like demonic activity...or...something?

Re: Vegetarian vs. meat eater discussion
There is a difference between the wholesome grass-fed beef/other meats that our ancestors raised and the gross feedlot grain-fed meat filled with antibiotics, hormones, and preservatives we have nowadays.

Re: Reformed Baptist Q&A
Reformed Baptists differ from Presbyterian church polity in that there are no hierarchal structures, i.e. officers above a church elder to depose as needed. Some might see this as a weakness, and I would tend to agree to a certain extent. However, Reformed Baptists many times (not always) have a plu...

Re: Reformed Baptist Q&A
Pope No, I do not believe the pope is the antichrist, and I have never heard of a modern day reformed baptist who thinks so. Certainly anyone who does not fully trust in the finished work of Christ for salvation is not technically for Christ and thus technically an anti-Christ, and due to certain p...

Re: Eastern Orthodox Denomination Q&A
I am no historian, but I think the claim that the Reformers established the canon is dubious at best. I think the early church fathers had pretty much established what the canon was hundreds of years earlier. If you can point me to sources of your claim I would be appreciative.

Re: Southern Baptist Denomination Q&A
I am not a Southern Baptist, but it is interesting to note that the original Southern Baptists were decidedly Calvinistic in their doctrine. In modern times, as Ginnie Weasley pointed out, there are vastly differing views inside the SBC.

Re: Pentecostal Q&A
Do you believe tongues are actual human languages or estatic speech? We believe it to be a gift from God. One thing about tounges is it is a sign that one has recieved the Holy Ghost. What I meant was: the tongues that you believe is a gift from God-- is it a miraculous speaking of a human language...
