Re: Gower's Field Work Day & Picnic

I'd be honored.

Father, thank you for all our friends who have come here to clean up this corner of town. I pray Father that you'd bless their efforts and also give us a good time of fellowship as well. Bless the food and the hands that prepared it.

In Jesus' Name,
Amen

I'm sad to see the Tattler again, honestly, after all the pain it caused Tom. But, since they've found new management, maybe something good could come out of it. Nevertheless, I prefer the Times. Always have, always will.

I've noticed during this election a few people have made fliers that say "Whit Supports ____". Well, for the record, I have not openly agreed to supporting anyone. I think fondly of all of you, but I'm not going to endorse either of the politcal parties, because I think you both would be g...

Not only do I not have a television in my bedroom, but I don't have a television in any room of the house. I did, many years ago before my wife died, but I was what you would call a "TV Junkie". So we decided to get rid of it. Through the Lord's grace, I've been able to adapt to life witho...

No, no, that's all right. I'm not pressing charges, after all, it's just a little ice cream. But Fenix, I'm afraid I can't have this type of behavior come from my employees. So, straighten up, or we may have to find you a new place to work. All right?

I can't say I favor those types of shows. It seems to me what they're calling "reality TV" features things that are a far cry from reality. From what I've observed, society seems to be on a reality-TV overload right now, so it seems like they're going to just get more popular.

Eugene Blackgaard? Don't be rediculous, he's a good man! I've worked with him on some archeological digs, and I've seen him teach as well. You shouldn't believe everything you hear... have you been talking to Jared?

Actually no Whit takes a portion of my Salery. I make half as much as everyone else here. That Eugene  Or, in other words he wastes his money on buying too much ice cream with his work funds, so yes, in a sense I do take a portion of his salery, only not willingly. ;) Whit is paying us under ...
