Re: Life, life

I just had an interview at a place that people work. I think it went okay. I like my current job but I also like making more money, and this place pays you more money, so... This has been the longest hiring process I've ever gone through... but I finally got a start date. \:D/ It's a tou...

Re: 2024 Summer Olympics

I didn't get around to watching any of it, but I heard there was a naked blue man dancing around so I am disappointed I missed out. :(

Re: Life, life

I'm having a pity party right now. A friend and I were planning to go to a concert a few hours away and I just got an email less than a week before the event that it's cancelled. :sniff: I'm very disappointed. I originally wanted to go with my friend and she wasn't sure it would work, so I decided ...

I had it on there originally but it didn't rhyme with "poll" so I had a conflict of morality and decided to leave it off. :(

Re: Moana 2

I am getting an error and can't see whatever you posted. Not sure if its ALL YOUR FAULT or if its the filter at work. :( But anyway, yay, Moana was fun. My daughter likes it, and it has a wrestler doing a voice, two plusses in its favor. I guess this was originally going to be a D+ miniseries but th...

Re: The Ballad of Whit and Ham

I don't really remember. >_> I thought the lyrics were originally posted publicly but I had to dig them out of a private faction to make this work of art. Maybe someone else has a better memory, I kinda sorta think it all started from a thread about random AIO matchmaking and I or a like minded indi...

Re: The Eclipse Happened

We had over 80%, but I was late hearing about it and didn't get any glasses. I constructed a viewer out of an empty PoP-Tart box, where the image was projected on white paper inside...it sort of worked, but not that great. If I hadn't known about the eclipse, it would have been hard to tell it was ...

Re: The Eclipse Happened

They warned us of 100,000 to 200,000 tourists and tons of traffic etc (they closed all the schools because totality was at like 3:08 and they thought it would be BEDLAM IN THE STREETS, but at least that gave me an excuse to take the day off of work), but it was like... some extra people but not enou...

Re: The oft rumored, never seen GAAAAY episode script is online.

The second script where Whit and Eugene had to don leather and go undercover in a gay bar to retrieve the Applesauce disc from Shakespeare was more entertaining at least, but again I see why it was canned.

The Eclipse Happened

Depending on where you live, of course.

It was neat.

We had I think 4 or so minutes of totality.

Re: Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire

I was incredibly surprised to see this trailer drop, I had no clue they ended up making another movie I thought the last one didn't do well enough for that. It didn't do great but it did well considering it was in the midst of the pandemic so I guess they took a gamble on doing another (the last on...
