I think, for some reason, the Left Behind movies are forever doomed to stray from the books. But I think that's ok. It gives the movie writers more freedom to see what works better on film. Although I loved the books and thought the first two movie didn't live up to them, I don't really care if this...

The salvation episodes have always had a very strong emotional impact on me. But, I still think that they are far from perfect. They rarely ever come to salvation in a Biblical manner. That is, salvation means salvation from the punishment of sin. Correct me if I'm wrong, but sin is rarely mentioned...

According to Kirk Cameron "During one scene Buck bursts into the President's office and stands in the doorway, silhouetted by the flames and surrounded by white smoke. I thought it would be funny to "strike a pose" and have the photographer grab the shot." He talks about his some...

I can't remeber if this was said earlier, but Thomas Jefferson originally meant "separation of church and state" to be there so that no particulay denomination would be in control of the government. He states it in response to a letter someone wrote to him who was worried that a particular...

the movies are being made in written order Are you sure??? That hasn't been confirmed yet. Apparently, if this first movie does well at the box office, they'll go ahead and continue with the rest of the Chronicles. The order in which they'd shoot the movies, however, has yet to be decided. :-k okay...

the movies are being made in written order, since that 's the best way to introduce it to a new audience. I originally saw the BBC movies first, then read them in chronological order. The reason they're usually ordered chronologically is because C.S. Lewis prefered it that way.

Jonathan wrote:There's a Jimmy Neutron movie?
Jimmy Neutron started out as a movie. They made some pilot episodes before that, but they never released them. And the movie wasn't half bad. It was nominated for an Academy Award. The series is hilarious.

I liked them at first, and ended up reading the original adult series (not the prequels). But, by the end I really disliked it. The inaccuracy was part of it, but also the whole story could have been told in much fewer books, but they kept dragging things out and publishing in giant print and addin...

Most of the sequels. Seriously, they covered everything in the first ones that they needed too, and there's no reason to make a sequel billions of years later. :noway: If they try to sequel Sleeping Beauty , I'm going to die.
