In the park could havev been like, parking lot, so that's not really Illegal (well, it might be, but nobody cares in an empty parking lot, that's where i practiced before i got my permit). And yeah, it's an emergency, i mean, he probably had a permit, but even if not, who else was supposed to drive?...

umm...i've kind of always done it, but the way i've heard other people taught, is to put the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth and let a great big breath out of your mouth, like, almost blowing, but without moving your lips...apparently you have to build up a muscle to do it, so it might ...
