Only 5 months but my sister-in-law got hers off after a little over a year. That would be nice!

Well I've heard (my orthodontist told me) you extend treatment time if you chew gum or eat caramel. And I for one don't want extended treatment. In fact they said if you dont chew gum you have more of a chance of getting them off sooner and I for one am hoping for that.
