i used spelling power as well! my mom still uses it with my younger siblings and i LOVED it! i love to spell though and thought that it was tons of fun! haha!

i did the "southbeach diet" with my parents and lost probably 25-30 pounds in 3 months! it's hard the first 2 weeks, but it's really productive! you should google it!
