Odyssey of Olde

I propose that Adventures in Odyssey of the mid-1990s was the radio show at its best. So, simply to accumulate a consensual opinion, do you believe that the program would improve if it were to revert its episodes to reflect this era, pretending that everything that's happened since the Split Era nev...

Bill? Remarrying? No. I think that his last appearance in "Where Is Thy Sting?" is a fitting end for his storyline. To have him come back -- remarried, nonetheless -- would spoil the power of his departure for me.

"The Fifth House on the Left". By far. It's like comparing North by Northwest to Vertigo.

LOUD, INSANELY DRAMATIC HEAVY METAL OZZY OSBOURNE MUSIC BLARES from the radio. Okay, now that I've woken you up . . . :D We hear a DISTINCTIVE BELL SOUND, and can infer that SOMEONE has ENTERED WHIT'S END. WHIT: Well, that was some nap. Feels like I've been out for a month . . . Hoo, that was almost...

It's a guy thing. To purge myself of that remark, I watched all of the Die Hard movies in a row just now. I feel manly again.

He's a tragic, stubborn villainous apprentice-turned hero driven to self-destructive obsession by his own personal demons and lack of love from the people from whom he needs it most, pushing him towards the brink, and, ironically, only when he comes close to the edge is he able to back away and chan...

I can never, ever, ever cry during any Novacom saga episode. Every time I hear Connie cry I want to scream. A bit off topic, but I disagree with the decision to bring Mitch back.

Heh. Most of those episodes were predictable. They're good, I mean, but predictable. Though I'm mildly surprised by "It Happened at Four Corners" being grouped with them.

I'm pretty flexible with music. My tastes vary from classical to adult contemporary to classic rock to heavy metal. Some country, but only slower, emotional songs.
