*phew* I thought I was the only who thought about this. :anxious:

"Over The Rainbow"
"Somewhere"
"My Heart Will Go On"
"Amazing Grace"
"Do You Hear The People Sing? Reprise"

and a host of others which I will think of later.

Amazing Grace - the real version, not Chris Tomlin's version.

actually, the verse that goes "the earth shall soon dissolve like snow," etc, was originally part of the song from what I read about the research he did. But I understand, it's not the real version.

Chris Tomlin does the whole "my chains are gone" and some of the verses are changed. My church sings that one often. I miss the original version, which I haven't heard in a long time because everyone just loves Chris Tomlin's version :(

Oh yeah, I forgot he added the 'my chains are gone' and other things. I do miss hearing the original version, but this one is still good too in my opinion. But what I don't like about what some worship leaders do is change the tune of any song, because they can't sing that high or whatever.

I have never thought about this in my life.

For sure:
"Amazing Grace"

Maybe:
"I Wish We'd All Been Ready"
"How Beautiful"
"The Promise"
"My Heart Will Go On"

hmm....I'd have to say:

It's Over Now - Sons of Korah
Thank You - Ray Boltz
and.....as a final tribute to movie quoting, the Star Wars theme.

Till the end of the line.

I think this perhaps:

"All Because of Jesus by Fee"

And the hosts can add other songs
^AIOluver^

Who am I? I'd rather not answer that question, the real question is, "Who are you?". Right now I am trying to think of something witty to put here.. I might not find anything, but that's fine. This block of text should be fine for a signature. Wait, are you still reading this? Why are you reading this? Stop. Seriously.
STOP.
This sentence is true.
The sentence above is false.

I dare you not to read this.
Hey! I said not to read this.
Maybe if I talk like this.
Wait, you still see me? *sighs* I give up.

Hmm, I've never before thought about this topic. :anxious: I don't really have a preference for certain songs, although Saved by Grace and I Know Whom I Have Believed would both be nice. But I won't be there to hear them, so my family can pick whatever they want. ;) My granny has her whole funeral all planned out, and wants me and my siblings to sing some song that I've never heard of before. :P
The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.

I never really though of this, but here are some songs I would like to be played.

"Amazing Grace"
"The Love of God"
"Thank You"
"Some day you will be old enough to start reading fairy tales again." ― C.S. Lewis

This. I personally wouldn't mind. As long as my little brother doesn't sing "Onward Christian Soldiers". ;)

Arch to Achtilles by Falling Up would be AWESOME. (Although not the least bit serious.)
Let Your Love Be Strong by Switchfoot would also be awesome, and much more serious.

Speaking of Amazing Grace, anybody heard Amazing Because It Is by The Almost? It's a cool song.

I'd like someone to sing the #1 hit single of 2094 at my funeral. \:D/

Are you predicting the year of your death?!

I really have no preference as to what music is played. My only wish for my funeral is that people won't be kept for a long time. I hate long funerals.
