Pants on the Ground

Post by Trixie Belden »

This has to be the funniest YouTube video of all times. This man auditioned for American Idol, and somehow got past the first round of judges. His song? Pants on the Ground. He explained that it is a song for people who think it's cool to wear their pants pulled down, and he's trying to tell them to pull them up. It's clean and very family friendly.

Lol! I've heard kids singing it, but I've never heard it like that. I now love that song! :D

Haha, I was watching american idol a couple weeks ago and couldn't stop laughing when I saw that! It's hilarious. That guy became famous and he didn't even qualify for american idol.

I don't watch American Idol, but the hosts of a random pro wrestling podcast I was listening to started singing it, and I was thinking "What in the world...?" and I ended up looking it up and discovered its astounding origin!

I hate American Idol (my English teacher once told me that I can't be from the South and not like American Idol, to which I replied "Call me a Yankee"), so I never watch it. When I heard some kids singing it on the bus, I quickly learned the words and then looked it up on YouTube. I started laughing my head off--that video is hilarious!

American Idol has not been very good this year. At least compared to past seasons.
