These are some of the groups of ToOers that there are.

1. The group that wants it to be how it used to be and brings it up every so often.
2. The group that remembers how it used to be but don't bring it up and deal with it.
3. The group that doesn't know anything about the way it used to be and thinks this is "da best site evar!!1".
4. The group that's heard so much about how it used to be back in the old days and don't want to hear it anymore.

I say one thing: Change can help you change, and that can be a good thing

So you're insinuating that the time you joined affects how great of a ToOer you are? *cough* Because this site is still cool. I would've liked to have been around in the Glory Days though.

It does, somehow, because that's just the way it always is. Old users (and I'm talking generally, not just on the ToO), tend to sometime get reaaallllyyy nostalgic, and when an old user comes back, they want all their original friends, not just the new users =P I've been on both ends of it

I think having a few oldbies around to get nostalgic about 'the glory days' is what makes a message board like this as amazing as it ever was, and still is.

To think that those 'oldbies' were once 15 and 16 year olds trying to figure out life... and now they're raising their own children? And if The ToO played any part in that, I think that's pretty amazing.

But Top's right. RESPECT YOUR ELDERS.

I guess I should get nostalgic as well then, because my best ToO friends aren't around much anymore.
