AIO Live Show in Colorado Springs

Aug 16, 2008

Whit's wiping down the counter, Connie's mopping the floor, and the kids are sipping on their milkshakes. If you want to talk about Adventures in Odyssey the radio drama, this is the spot to do just that!

Will you go to the live show recording?

I will almost definitely be going. I've never been to Colorado Springs, let alone a live taping, and my family seems pretty optimistic about it, so... :D

Wow, all the enthusiastic responses make me want to come even more! The date works, so it would be possible. Getting certain family members very interested in AIO again would help the cause, and I think this coming season will help with that!

Woe is me... Things like this just depress me, when there is next to no chance of me going... :(

Sounds like a done deal \:D/ We're somehow going to stuff me, my sister (username Hope), my brother (who isn't a member here) and a another friend who enjoys the show (also not on the ToO) into my car and all go together \:D/

Hopefully they will offer advance tickets; if they do, I will probably try to go. I just got the news that A Prairie Home Companion is taping near me this spring, so seeing two of my favorite shows in one year would be fantastic.

I would love to go to this. I might be able to convince my parents to go up there, even though we're in Southern California, since it'd be a great opportunity to visit my brother and sister-in-law and their kids (new baby coming April!) who live a few hours away from there.

(I could always say that this is a going-away present for me before I go to college... ;3)

Even then, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for someone like me, so I'd be pretty crazy to turn down my only chance.

Southern California? :highfive:

It would be neat to go, but we have no plans as of yet.

You're married to an AIO actor, you have no excuse not to go :noway:

Darcie is married to David Griffin - the actor who plays Jimmy Barclay.
