Clanging Cymbals and the Meaning of God's Love

Whit's wiping down the counter, Connie's mopping the floor, and the kids are sipping on their milkshakes. If you want to talk about Adventures in Odyssey the radio drama, this is the spot to do just that!

Unfortunately, the cover doesn't look too good (its just mediocre).
I hope this does not imply that its gonna be like album 51.

The Barret drawing looks way, way, way older than the character sounds. (or acts.)

I think it's a solid cover. (Once finished, that is.) I like how the girl is wearing a skirt! ;) I wonder where the logo will be placed. :-k

That's a good point. Either they're going to extend the rainbowy-gray area at the top, or the logo will chop off some of *unknown mystery middle person*'s head.

After another look, I guess my biggest complaint is Whit.

The jumpsuit really is quite ugly.

The whole drawing of Whit is weird. I know he is in the back of the picture but still.

Are we sure that it's a clarinet? Couldn't it possibly be an oboe? I can't really tell from this picture. Also it could be Patricia, even though she plays the flute too, it is possible that she knows more than one instrument. Or maybe it's an unknown person, or Olivia dies her hair blond!

What in the world is our jumpsuited friend Whit writing on the whiteboard? It looks like: one cor one thre-

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I bet 10 bucks the kid in the middle is Jay, it just looks like it'd be him.

Yeah, it's a clarinet. Oboes are double-reed instruments, which Priscilla's in clearly not. And yes, Steve, judging by his obnoxious look and the distain that Barrett and Priscilla are giving him, I think that that's probably Jay.

Why do we assume thats Priscilla? It could be anybody who is a girl and has brown hair.

1 Corinthians 13 = the love chapter. I think it does make sense. ;) Corinthians = Cor. That's my best guess, anyway. I didn't even look at the board until I read your post, but considering the title of the album, this reference would make sense. Whit is writing it oddly. This isn't final artwork, is it? Maybe they'll change it once the crazy fans (not wanting to point any fingers here) ;) get a chance to make our wild guesses! Or maybe it's important to one of the episodes.

I marveled at Whit's terrific sense of fashion in Album 53, but he obviously lost his touch here...
