I know. It was just the sight of Churchill saying 'victory' just after Top & EB had won.

I don't recall where this was asked, but I modified Bennett's title from "Town Mayor" to something more fitting.

I've just been so busy with ToO, my new job, and finals that the Soda Fountain was on the back burner. But my priorities are returning to normal (as many may have noticed, the second level jobs were added to the ToO the other day) and my focus will once again shift to my actor database. Which is so close to completion I really want it done ASAP.

This was something discussed in the planning stages, and you are correct. It's just another way to 'control' things to some extent.

Just buy the privilege, and you can use any image you want, so long as it fits within the pixel dimentions set forth in the rules.

After you make a said amount of posts in a said amount of time you will be unable to make money as long as your posts made in that time remain over the limit.

No, I don't fully understand it either, but it works. And you can read about it in the making money thread in city hall.
