Clueless. It was cute, if a bit shallow and objectional. However, overall it was good

Till the end of the line.

Pocahontas 2

Could Disney throw away history worse?

//shrug They already threw away fairy tales and mythology. (AND I STILL LUV IT.) \:D/ I recall my APUSH teacher having a conniption fit and telling the first person who brought it up that Disney movies are great for storytelling, but horrible for history (incidentally, he loves Disney). At least they got Pocahontas's marriage to John Rolfe correct.

Last movie I saw? How to Train Your Dragon, for the first time. Hiccup, you cutie. :inlove: It's hard to tell whether I identify with Hiccup or Astrid more--Hiccup because he's a geek who doesn't fit in with everyone else, or Astrid because she's extremely competitive, hates being shown up, and has a soft side that comes out only around a small group of people.

"Take that one, it has a flower. Girls like flowers."

"Oops. Now this one has blood on it."

"Thank you for nothing, you useless reptile!"

"Death's got an Invisibility Cloak?" "So he can sneak up on people. Sometimes he gets bored of running at them, flapping his arms and shrieking..."
"And now the spinning. Thank you for nothing, you useless reptile."
"It unscrews the other way."

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. I loved it! I don't know why it underperformed. It's a perfect action pic with amazing sets and costumes.

Argo - It's got its cuss words but it wasn't derogatory and it was a very good representation of a historical event. I found this film incredibly enjoyable and interesting. It's one of those movies that makes you think about all the things we citizens probably don't know about (some for our own good I am sure).

I saw a bunch of stuff on long plane rides... The one that I really liked was The Place Beyond the Pines. It was pretty great.

I also saw The Call, which was ok I guess, and part of Skyfall, which I found pretty boring.

Last night I watched the short film Butterfly Circus - it was amazingly inspirational. I started watching Robin Hood earlier, and I plan on finishing it tonight.

I watched the first Star Trek movie. It was really good surprisingly...I really enjoyed it (and I don't like Star Trek). ^.^

When you say first, do you mean the new ninth Star Trek movie starring Christopher Pine, or the first movie with William Shatner?
It's been awhile, hasn't it?

Media's Wittness Protection

Completely different from the other Media films with no sexual content. I loved it. It did show white people as awkward but since I am that type of white girl that is awkward I don't think I can disagree with that.

I watched the first halves of 12 Angry Men and The Rainmaker. I really like both movies because they involve criminal litigation. \:D/
