Re: Bigfoot
Patterson, who died of cancer in 1972, swore on his death bed that the footage was authentic. Gimlin also claims the same and avoided publicly discussing the subject from at least the early 1970s until about the year 2000 when he began giving interviews and making appearances at Bigfoot conferences....

Re: Wisdom Teeth
Getting your wisdom teeth pulled is a conspiracy in place by the government to keep the masses dumb by paying the dentists to remove your WISDOM teeth. That way they can pass health care reform and spend all our money.

Re: What's the Next Narnia Movie?
What essential points did they miss, out of curiosity? :-k Well, the whole contrast between Trumpkin and Nikabrick was watered down a lot. They didn't even go into how they didn't believe in Aslan. Which goes into the next point of how the movie largely misses the theme of how people have lost fait...

Re: Owl City
He's very...poetic. And abstract. However, if he actually was high then he wouldn't have been able to make so many wordplays in his lyrics. :noway: I don't think they're that abstract. I mean a few of them are, but mostly he sings about normal stuff like hot air balloons, the ocean, the city, denti...

Re: Banjo Kazooie nuts and bolts
This is somewhat on topic but I hear that Banjo Kazooie is a great buy for the n64. Any thoughts concerning the game? I bought an n64 to play at college and now it's packed away so that I can be more productive... Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie are arguably the best platform games on the N64, next t...

:thud: I had no idea they were making another one, it had better not be like the second one i hated that one they did a terrible job That's pretty harsh. :-s Perhaps it didn't live up to a lot of fans expectations, but they did do a good job of it. Yeah, the movie disappointed me, but I still enjoy...

Re: Banjo Kazooie nuts and bolts
yeah but it's fun and besides the graphics are waaaay better in n and b the in tooie or the first one. Well, obviously. It's been two generations since. But since when do people play games just for the graphics? That's the most shallow reason for saying one game is better than another. Although, I ...

Re: Banjo Kazooie nuts and bolts
I really don't see how this game qualifies as Banjo Kazooie. They just stuck the characters in there. They need to make another REAL Banjo Kazooie game.

Re: Harry Potter
There is a difference between the magic such as in LoTR and the witchcraft in HP. Magic such as in LOTR is simple made up stuff while the witchcraft in HP clearly glorifies something the Bible says to have obsolutely nothing to do with. Could you expand on that? Give specific examples? Most argumen...

Re: Bigfoot
<t>Most assertions of whether or not Big Foot is real is made by average people sitting back in their arm chairs thinking about it not much more than they think about whether they should pull a bag of chips out of the pantry. In fact, you'd probably give more though to the chips, as the existence of...

How can you not like their lyrics? Wouldn't you love to ride in a hot air balloon? Wouldn't it be awesome if all the roads were paved with ice for the sole purpose of ice-skating? Haven't you ever felt insecurity come down on you like a tidal wave? Isn't it cool to imagine yourself as a manta ray de...

Re: New Spiderman Series
<t>Well, it's because Raimi and Sony don't like each other. Sony forced Raimi to use Venom in the last movie. Raimi wanted to use Vulture in 3, and then in 4. Sony wanted anyone BUT Vulture in 4. Raimi wouldn't budge and also said he couldn't make it a good movie by the release date Sony wanted. So ...

Re: Toy Story 3
Personally I think they have too many sequels for too many movies. Why not let the first one be a hit and leave it at that. I can understand I second one but a third one seems over the top to me. For example LIlo and Stitch has like three sequels to the first one. Then they have all, of the other s...

They should do The Silver Chair next since Polter will be too old if they wait.
