Re: Would a reboot work?

Reboots exist to recruit a new generation of fans to something that's been "dead" for a while, but Odyssey is a fresh, ongoing series with a revolving door of fans. If it ended, and a few years passed, or if it went so far downhill that nobody could stand to listen to it anymore, then a re...

You never know! When/if he does come back, of course, it'll be the biggest secret since Eugene's return. Like, not even Nathan Carlson will know until after the episode airs.

Re: Album 53

53 is set for release on February 15, 2011. The question is, are they just taking a month break? Actually, Tyndale has the release planned for March 2011. Remember that no real "dates" are ever set for these releases; they just generally wander into retailers during a particular period. (...

Re: Harlow is coming back?!

He used to be really good, He has just lost the thing about him that attracted me to him in the first place. I don't know how to describe him, I just feel weird about him. I feel the same way, but I've come to consider the possibility that it's not him who's changed; it's me. I also thought Harlow ...

Re: New AIO theme

It's a good intro, but it feels far too short. An extended version, with introductions from the characters would feel better. Too many shows these days just zip straight into the action by cutting the theme song short, but I've always appreciated a finely crafted opening.

Wow. That commercial is entertaining for so many reasons other than that Hal Smith narrates it!

Re: What's your favorite thing about Mandy Straussberg?

The nicest thing about her is that she BANDAGES MRS. RUSTY. Everyone thought Rusty Gordon's wife was such a mean lady that they didn't want to help her after she scraped her knee, but Mandy always lends a helping hand.

Re: Green Ring Conspiracy Theories

Sorry Mitch fans, there's no chance of Mitch being part of this. I'm sure they would have heard you, if such a fan existed . I can't wait. I think this is exactly what they need after changing over almost the entire cast. After twelve connecting stories, I think I'll feel far more comfortable with ...

Probably the fact that his name is an anagram of "Hen Twittered." It opened my eyes to the fact that poultry like to network socially, just like humans.

It's got both a 10- and 13-digit ISBN, so it's an authentic product listing. They'll probably pull this down later this week, like they did when they oopsed the Vol. 52 page. Too bad it doesn't have any other secret information. ;)

Way to go, Laurie! The cover for 52 was really good! Naw, they'll probably keep it almost exactly as it appears, but I'll take any hope I can get that the Lost Episodes is not final.

Re: New album cover artwork?

It just doesn't go with the wild west look. The artwork is actually a nod to Indiana Jones, which took place (mostly) just before World War II. Another example of a cover that spoofs Indiana Jones is that of Vol. 27, which had an acceptable colour scheme. Come on, marketing, don't just play colour ...

Re: New album cover artwork?

Cool thanks for finding that Boswell, where did it turn up anyway? Same place as the Vol. 52 cover, from Tyndale's product page. I wonder why they didn't just stick with leaving it at its Gold Audio version? The Gold Audio label was just marketing to make the albums stand out. They were released on...
