I've never really cried either, but I find myself getting teary-eyed a lot more than I used to. The weird thing is, most "sad" movies out there don't affect me as much as some of the Odysseys.

I was in Awana's from Cubbies through JVs, and I loved it! My parents were both leaders (if I remember correctly, I believe my mom was gray shirts director at one point). I loved Game Time, and memorizing verses, and Bible Quizzing. We used to stay afterwards and restack the chairs in the sanctuary ...

A perfectionist who's also a procrastinator - sounds like an interesting combination! ;) I'm just a procrastinator, myself. O:) If you love writing, maybe you'll let us read some of your stuff! :D You might be interested in clicking on the "Factions" option on the top menu bar and subscri...

They put me out with an IV too. It was weird too, it seemed like I was awake again before I fell asleep. But anyways, I had 3 out, and after the operation I drank a milkshake and took a long nap. I guess I'm one of the fortunate ones who didn't have a terrible time with pain: I hardly used my meds. ...

it would be so awesome to have a roommate who always enjoys Odyssey! lol, i know what you mean about quoting things, my sister and I do that all the time. one of our favorites is "so you say, but the environmental detection agency says you ain't" (bart to tom in their mayoral debate). Kind...

Which episodes make you cry?

Having grown up with Odyssey, I find myself getting emotional sometimes when the characters do. Here are some of the scenes that especially get to me: -Connie and Eugene's salvations, especially Eugene's, since we'd been waiting a lot longer for him to come to Christ. -The scene in Bernard and Josep...

It looks like it will be very addicting...especially since i just spent most of the night on here. I'm a writer (or at least a wannabe one), I'm 17 years old, I'm from California...

1. I live in California, but the college I'll be going to is in Indiana. See, I just graduated from high school. (haha, crafty of me to cram all this into one point). 2. People say I'm smart, but I'm really just a perfectionist. Worse, I am a perfectionist who is also a procrastinator with all-too-f...

Jimmy, Jason, or Richard. Jimmy's closest to my age and I've always loved his character...teen Jimmy, that is. Richard's...well, he's Richard - everyone loves him! And Jason has that dashing recklessness!

I agree. I've thought for a while that episodes about his life as an agent would be especially good! The Blackgaard connection sounds great - and it would be a fun way to sort of bring him back! I'm all for it :D

That's easy: the Blackgaard saga! All I can say to the people who've pointed out all the little tie-ins, the fact that it's more personal, and its longevity is yes, yes, YES! Tom finally forgiving Richard Maxwell, Eugene's salvation...there were just so many things that we'd all been waiting literal...

I grew up listening to Odyssey - my parents don't even remember when it all started for us. I have most of the albums now, but back then, the radio was my Odyssey connection: 4:30, every weekday! Oddly enough, though, I can't remember being surprised by anything (in my younger years, I mean)! I thin...

Katrina seems different somehow, now that Pam Hayden isn't voicing her. Either way, I think Pam did an excellent job, and I'll miss her as Katrina. Her coming back would be great, but I don't see that happening, unfortunately.
