I have never rowed a half marathon but for people in my age group and weight class any where from 1 1/2 hours to 2:10 and up. I need to start training more seriously if I hope to come close to that. Training is sorta hard because I don't have a rowing coach.

I can play short little songs like, Yankee Doodle, Mary had a little lamb, hot cross buns, etc. On the piano, flute, recorder, "kids" accordion. I can't really "play" an instrument.
