Re: PETA
These guys are hilarious. Them equating sea world taking good care of their orcas to slavery. Its laughable. I'm all for animal rights, but these guys take it to a new level. Even most liberals can't take these guys seriously.

Re: The Harry Potter Thread
LOL at the poll results. I know! They were so cute. Especially Daniel and Rupert. :inlove: I was just impressed how good of Actors they really are. I recently saw this movie with my nephew and was just wowed by their performance. Every character in the movie was pretty spot on with their character. ...

Re: Cartoon Violence Against Pro-Lifers
LOL, I'm a moderate when it comes to the issue on abortion, but this takes the cake. I really like the part where the girl says,"I don't plan on getting any sexual transmitted disease." LOL like you have a choice when you get one. No doubt about it that PP regrets making this video. Though...

Re: 180: The Movie
One thing I noticed about this movie was that he mostly picked on the younger, less educated (as evident) people who didn't know anything about Hitler. That itself destroys some credibility in this movie. I wish he would interview "pro choice" extremist and get into good debates with them.

Re: All Dancing is Dirty! :x
On an atheist forum I attend a lot, we concluded that the site "jesus-is-savior.com" is in fact a troll site. Most likely done by a group of agnostics/atheist who want to make a mockery of conservative protestants views and beliefs or simply for the "lulz". I mean really, no one ...

Ah Thank you ique. That was extremely helpful. I asked because a couple of times when I try to have a friendly discussion with some extremist I know of, many of them would say the same thing like "You can't neither prove nor disprove the existence of God" or my favorite "There's no po...

Re: Communion
I believe that churches that practice closed communion don’t do it to cause separation, but actually just the opposite. It’s been my experience that closed communions are typically in churches that believe the bread and wine truly become Jesus’ body and blood, in which case closed communion not onl...

Re: Black Friday SHOPPPPING
I know times are hard now, but I wouldn't want to waste my Thanksgiving time, which I could be spending with my family and friends, just to buy stuff at discount price. I mean yes I all for saving money, but if your so obsessed with black Friday that your willing to camp for it and wait a whole day ...

I'm asian. Its tradition for us to take off our shoes as we enter a house. So our houses tend to be "cleaner" than the majority of American houses. lol

Re: So. Homeschool.
. There were multiple tests that both Homeschoolers and Regular Schoolers took, and Homeschoolers were generally smarter. The only way for the test to be legit is if we get the smartest kids from homeschoolers and regular schoolers. Because if you just test all the kids from public schools, of cour...

Re: Netflix Instant Watch
Hey, wheres the option where we're boycotting netflix until they stop being a bunch of greedy corporals and actually start caring about their loyal customers whom they lost because of their poor business makings? I used to use NetFlix, but I'm fed up with them especially since a lot of movies I want...

Re: Ignorant Christians
The Christian vs. Atheist video was interesting. I thought it was horrible. Which is sad because I usually tend to enjoy these type of atheist videos since most of them do bring up good points. This video however relies on cheap shots and weak arguments from the other side. I mean who the heck brin...

Re: Would anybody know what this animated movie is called?
Titan AE does sound like it and would probably be my first choice, but I kinda doubt it since snubs said that they attacked a floating island and stole some boys in the process. And in that movie there are only planets, space colonies, space ships, and a weapon that defies all logic <_<. My other gu...

For the Harry Potter stuff, you should check out Jelly's thread about it: http://thetoo.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=29824 Not trying to revive it or anything, but its something to check out. I tried my best to tackle some of the Harry Potter issues, apparently it was overlooked. Anyways I kinda agre...

Re: PHC - Clarification
I'm sorry, but I can't imagine God ever telling someone to do that. :P Hence why its a hypothetical question. I'm pretty sure Christian A. never said that you would do such thing. But there are loonies out there that believe doing stuff like that is bringing glory to God. And you never answered Chr...
