Wow looks like a real SW movie (especially one of the older ones).
The actors look a bit too much like average adult fantasy nerds, but I guess that's who made the movie.
Too bad those guys won't be able to make any money off of their hard work and tallent.

I'm not very excited about the movie but I haven't read Eragon so I don't really have anything to connect it to. I don't read much of the "magical mythical land full of dragons and heros and it's own elaborate history" books. The wacky names alone turn me off. I have however read LOTR, but...

This is the first ep in a long time that I actually found quite interesting. One of the best things about it was that it wasn't afraid to explore some intriging emtional territory such as Eugene's frustration and sadness, the bitterness of Eugene's stepfather and the great mystery that is Meltsner Sr.

I read the book first, then saw the movie on TV. The books was really good since it was actually written by the guy himself. The movie was pretty good, but a little dissapointing.
