I think that a promise ring sometimes refers more to a commitment to one's boyfriend or girlfriend than a commitment to purity. :) Kind of like a pre-engagement ring. Kind of...but I refer to my ring as a promise ring as a symbol that I'm promised to my future husband...and partly to remind me that...

I have a friend who always calls me up on April 1st and says: "Hi, this is the Chewy Bubble Gum company, where we keep chewing, and chewing, and chewing, and chewing, and chewing, and chewing....", the point being that I'm supposed to hang up and then she can call back and start over, but...

For One Moment, Hidden Rainbows, and Search to Belong ; all by Christmas Carol Kauffman, are some really good books. They can be kind of sad, though.

I like the Broadway play soundtrack for Beauty and the Beast. It has some gorgeous songs!
