I can write backwards (but no, Jayaar, I'm not dyslexic! ) and read backwards. I taught myself. I'm still working on cursive.
I am secretly very, very awesome.

Re: Ice Cream
yeah, I was referring to the spelling. I've seen so many misspellings thereof. :p sorbet is typically the only-fruit variety, while sherbet tends to have a bit of dairy in it. I must admit, I like sherbet over ice cream, as it doesn't leave me thirsty as a lot of dairy things (milkshakes, regular ic...

Haiti Earthquake
I'm surprised there wasn't a thread already. With all this prolific posting I'd say some actual news would be good. So, yeah, how many are keeping tabs on this? I have a family friend who's either in Haiti or Miami right now, but she definitely has family there... ugh. Everyone keep praying for reli...

I don't mind most ice cream, my favourite flavour is vanilla.

Re: Board Style (?)
I'm still using the Christmas style too. have you any idea how is it programmed now? I'm assuming it's probably DHTML/Javascript. It is a MOD posted at phpBB.com based on http://www.schillmania.com/projects/snowstorm/ And yay! \:D/ I added it around Christmas Eve and never saw that anyone noticed. ...

Re: Board Style (?)
Though an improvement on the theme would be to make them accumulate on the bottom of your window, and slowly grow. Every now and then, a big gust of wind could come, blow away the little bits of snow, and start all over again! That would be fantastic. I think that would be fairly difficult to progr...

way to bump a thread from 2 months ago.... heh.Jason Whits son wrote:Today was a snow day, so it was great and kinda slowishly boring at the same time..
Today was interesting, slow since I didn't have class, and kind of because I'm trying to write a short story.

Re: Board Style (?)
I'm using the Christmas one. Chrimbo, is it? I like it because of the snowflakes, not gonna lie. If there weren't little snow thingies floating through my window, I wouldn't be around. Coldplay, Jars of Clay, Sufjan Stevens . . . generally those are the ones I listen to extensively, or can stand to loop their songs over and over again.
I also like some Phil Wickham and Leeland and Brandon Heath, just 'cause.

why didn't he just rename and direct his novel toward New Jerseyians and Philadelphians knowing that "The Vinci Code" would become "Da Vinci Code" anyway?

Re: Odyssey meets Scooby Doo
I think it was Land Before Time, or one of those ones, where I recognized Will Ryan. It was fun.
Also, and I can't remember for the life of me where, I heard Katie Leigh's voice out of the blue on some show and was like WHEEEEEEEE, I KNOW THAT VOICE.

What! The Great Gatsby is one of the best short books ever.Jason Whits son wrote:I don't know about dub, but the most boring book I've ever read would have to be the Graet gatsby, or the Lord of the flies,

Re: Facebook
Myface, Bookspace. Just about the same thing. Myspace degraded into chaos, flashing graphics, and blaring music when you entered someone's page, but facebook is uniform enough that you know you won't be attacked by giant rabid monkeys. because of this I'm entirely okay with the prospect of only face...
